Did you know...

So apparently, when you are on a diet/exercise program and you DONT EAT ENOUGH, your body goes into starvation mode and holds onto the fat---perhaps why my scale wont budge. And as a person who has tried to lose weight umpteen times, you'd think I would know that, but I didnt. I just read it on fitwatch.com and had an "ah-ha!" moment.
